Will – Managing Director & Owner
Will has worked in the print industry for over 25 years, so it’s safe to say he’s passionate about print. His background is in print production, but these days you’re more likely to find him behind a desk juggling quotes, artwork and the day-to-day running of the business.
Will started Prospect Print in 2020, and it was just him and Matt for the first few years. Since then, the team has grown, moved into larger premises, and invested in more equipment than we can count! It’s been an exciting few years!
Outside of work, Will is a Liverpool supporter who enjoys walking, gaming, box sets and music – particularly 70s rock. A former amateur boxer, he also enjoys travelling, spending time with family and friends, and unwinding with a weekly sauna and ice plunge! (Yep, we think he’s mad too.)
Matt – Production Manager
Matt has worked alongside Will for more than 10 years. When Prospect Print was starting up, Will needed Matt’s experience, expertise and friendship to help build and run the production side of the business. Over the years, Matt has supported two major premises moves and played a key role in training and mentoring new team members.
Matt looks after many of our valued client relationships, while overseeing production and ensuring our equipment operates at its best. His knowledge, dedication and problem-solving skills are invaluable to the team.
Matt is a huge heavy metal fan and loves Metallica, Motörhead and Iron Maiden. In his spare time, you’ll probably find him at a music festival, fishing around Great Linford Lakes or (quite likely) trying to escape the many admirers of his adorable dog, Buddy!
Abbie – Operations Coordinator
Abbie joined Prospect Print in 2024 and quickly became the organisational powerhouse of the team! She keeps everything running smoothly, from coordinating production and managing accounts to streamlining processes and keeping the office in order. Energetic, efficient and always on the go, Abbie makes sure things get done – and done properly.
Outside of work, she loves to travel, with one recent adventure taking her on a road trip through Iceland to see waterfalls and hot springs.
Ellie – Marketing & Print Finishing
Ellie started in late 2024 and has brought her creativity, positivity and attention to detail to the team. She looks after our marketing, from newsletters and website updates to social media and product photography, while also assisting with print finishing on the production floor.
With a background in product development and jewellery design, Ellie brings a creative eye to everything she does. Outside of work, she’s usually out rambling with her scruffy little Border Terrier Minnie, or enjoying a theme park day with the family.
Buddy – Head of Pawduction
Buddy joined us in 2025 and quickly became an essential member of the team. His special skills include: greeting visitors, snoozing beside Matt’s desk, and hoovering up treats with the enthusiasm of a tiny, fluffy velociraptor!
Buddy is obsessed with oriental chicken and is a keen fashion enthusiast, with an impressive collection of cosy old-man jumpers and fancy dress costumes. Morale has never been higher.
